Baltasar Ebang Engonga, or “Bello,” is a notable figure in Equatorial Guinea, born on March 15, 1970, in Malabo. He is currently 54 years old and grew up in a modest family where his parents instilled him with strong values of hard work and perseverance at an early age. Throughout his early years, Baltasar excelled in academics as well as in community involvement. He often took part in local initiatives towards improving financial literacy among young adults.
He is President Teodoro Obiang Nguema’s nephew, the director of Equatorial Guinea’s tax administration whose videos with wives and daughters of ministers, dignitaries and generals have now gone viral. He is the son of Baltasar Engonga Edjoo, the President of the Economic and Monetary Community of Central Africa. While Bello is married and has six children, the names of his family members aren’t known. While it is being claimed that his wife is hospitalised after his scandal tapes went viral, this is yet to be officially confirmed.

Baltasar Ebang Engonga videos and s*x scandal
Baltasar recently went viral on Reddit and Twitter/X after a video addressing controversies around his public role started circulating. Over the years, Engonga has served in various key political positions under the Equatorial Guinea government. As such, the video addresses his actions while serving in these roles, particularly during his duties within the Central African Economic and Monetary Community (CEMAC).
Amidst all these, authorities conducted a fraud investigation against him, which resulted in the search of his house and office During such a raid, ANIF officials came across several CDs which revealed his s*xcapades with various married women. Baltasar Engonga, has since been arrested for allegedly recording over 400 s*xtapes of different women.
Notably, the women are all wives of high-profile individuals in the country, such as his brother’s wife, his cousin, the sister of the President of Equatorial Guinea, and even the Director General of Police’s wife. It also includes over 20 of the country’s ministers’ wives, and many more. According to reports, Baltasar Ebang Engonga recorded all the videos with consent of the women involved. The videos have since been leaked online, and caused all kinds of backlash from netizens. The names of the women are yet to be revealed though.
