The full video of AI engineer Atul Subhash talking about his divorce and suicide has gone viral
Check out more information about Atul Subhash, as a 34-year-old software engineer has taken over the social media platforms after he allegedly took his own life due to continuous harassment by his estranged wife.
For the unfamiliar, Atul Subhash reportedly committed suicide in his Bengaluru apartment, leaving a video behind and a 24-pages suicide note, wherein he accused his wife, Nikita Singhania and her family members of harassing him.

Earlier, Atul’s neighbors called the Bengaluru Police after they found him hanging in flat, when they broke in following suspecting something was amiss.
The authorities filed a case of abetment of suicide based on a complaint filed by Atul’s brother, Bikas Kumar.
The police officials recovered a 24-pages suicide note from the scene, alongside a video and a placard which reads, “Justice is due.”

What Did the Viral Video Show?
The viral video of Atul Subhash, which has taken over the social media, detailed a series of allegations against his wife, her family, and a judge in Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh.
Atul claimed in his now-viral clip that his wife, Nikita had filed false cases against him and his parents under the Dowry Prohibition Act and other sections of the IPC. Additionally, he revealed that his wife has falsely accused him of dowry demands, cruelty, murder charges, and unnatural s*x.
Furthermore, he requested the judiciary to “stop harassing my parents and brother in these false cases.”

Atul and Nikita’s Relation
As per the counts given by the late engineer, he married Nikita in 2019 through a matrimonial website. A year after their marriage, the couple had a son.
Atul accuses his wife’s family for repeatedly demanding a large sum of money, and when he refused to pay so, she left their Bengaluru home in 2021.
Nikita when left her husband’s place in Bengaluru, she took away their son with her and a year after, she filed a case accusing Atul of dowry harassment, which included a sum of Rs. 10 Lakh demand which she linked to her father’s death.

In his defense, Atul countered that her father had been under long-term treatment at AIIMS for heart disease and diabetes and had died of natural causes. He further alleged that this case was later withdrawn.
Atul’s suicide note and video accused his wife and her family of extortion, stating they initially demanded Rs. 1 crore to settle the case and later increased this to Rs. 3 crore.
He also accused a judge of demanding Rs. 5 lakh to “settle the case” and ignoring his pleas about the emotional toll of false allegations.
In one incident, Atul claimed his wife taunted him in court, asking why he hadn’t taken his life yet, which the judge allegedly dismissed with laughter.
In a final act, Atul shared a link to his video on X, tagging its CEO Elon Musk and U.S. President-elect Donald Trump.
