Initially, Jakarta had planned for the Indonesian President to visit Pakistan after his trip to New Delhi, as per media reports from Pakistan.

The theme for the tableaux at the Republic Day Parade 2025 has been decided as “स्वर्णिम भारत – विरासत और विकास” and 10,000 special guests have been invited to attend.

India’s 76th Republic Day on January 26, 2025, promises to be a grand celebration of the nation’s rich history, military strength, and cultural diversity. The iconic parade will take place at Kartavya Path in New Delhi, starting at 10:00 AM, showcasing military prowess with contingents from the Indian Army, Navy, and Air Force, along with floats representing various states and union territories that highlight their cultural heritage and achievements.

This event will conclude with a spectacular fly-past by the Indian Air Force, a much-awaited highlight. For those wishing to witness this grand spectacle, tickets can be purchased both online and offline. Online bookings are available through the official website from January 2 to January 11, 2025, with ticket prices set at ₹100 for reserved seats and ₹20 for unreserved seats.

Offline tickets can be bought at designated counters, including at Sena Bhawan, Shastri Bhawan, Jantar Mantar, Pragati Maidan, and Rajiv Chowk Metro Station. These counters operate daily from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM, and attendees are required to bring an original photo ID for offline purchases. For convenient access to Kartavya Path, visitors can use the Udyog Bhawan and Central Secretariat metro stations, located nearby.
