Packers returner Keisean Nixon was hit by Oren Burks on the kickoff and subsequently fumbled.
Despite multiple Packers players in position to scoop up the football, Jeremiah Trotter beat them to it to recovered it for the Eagles, setting up Philadelphia’s offense on Green Bay’s 28-yard line.
After Saquon Barkley rushed twice for 16 and one yard, respectively, Jalen Hurts found Jahan Dotson in the end zone for an 11-yard touchdown pass.
After the extra point, the Eagles quickly possessed a 7-0 lead.
To make matters worse for the Packers, they were forced to punt on their first two actual offensive possession of the game.
